IFC Wellness was founded by Aaron Rolley in 2005, with the goal of creating an inclusive and nurturing space for both staff and clients.
We employ a team of local and international professionals in the fields of Sports Science, Coaching, Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, and Exercise Rehabilitation.
The company expanded beyond helping individuals, and is now engaged by large multi-nationals, hotel chains, and clubs, to provide wellness solutions.
