Claudia graduated from the university of Rome in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. With almost 10 years experience under her belt she is highly skilled at managing musculoskeletal injuries and post operative rehabilitation.
As our resident Italian, Claudia is the IFC linguist and can assess and treat clients in Italian, French, Spanish and English.
Her areas of special interest include the management of knee injuries as well as pre- and post-natal care. She is also a sports enthusiast and has worked with both the Italian national futsal and football teams as well as the Moto-GP and Super-Bike teams.
Claudia is an ex-professional gymnast, with a love for fitness and the outdoors, especially beach volleyball and surfing.

Preet is an experienced physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Sydney in 2007. Since then she has developed a diverse skill set having worked in major hospitals, retirement homes and private practice both in Australia and Singapore.
Preet has an interest in managing musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. She looks to identify muscle imbalances and correct them. Preet assesses injuries from a holistic point of view to ensure that biological, psychological and social issues are addressed.
During her time working at a restructured hospital in Singapore, she managed the critically ill and patients suffering from chronic lung disease including asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
After spending the last 4 years raising her 3 young kids, she developed a keen interest in women’s health; particularly those issues face by mother’s pre or post natal. Preet has completed post graduate courses through the Women’s Health Training Associates (WHTA).
In her spare time, Preet enjoys Pilates, a good cup of coffee and spending time with her family.

Mona attended Asia Metropolitan University where she earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons), 2016.
She completed her clinical rotations in army hospitals, rehabilitation and sports clinics in Malaysia where she treated patients of all ages with various orthopaedic, neurological and sport injuries as well as rehab for shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle surgeries.
She has been working closely with Chiropractors in Singapore where she was able to enhance her skills in nerve related conditions and comprehensive treatment. She also specialises in treating pre-natal women.
Mona is multilingual and can conduct sessions in Chinese, Malay, Tamil and English.
In her spare time, Mona enjoys practising calisthenics and spending quality time with family & friends.
