Have an Apple Watch and want to see how your activity level compares with Aaron (or beat him)?
I think that keeping track of your daily activity levels, (discussed further here) and trying to hit a realistic target each day, is the best way to reduce body fat and keep healthy.
My current target, set using the Apple Watch Activity App, is 1000 cals per day.
