Sinead is an Irish trained physiotherapist who has worked in a variety of settings. This acute experience, has heightened her knowledge and given her an in-depth view of the rehab of certain post-operative conditions, in particular knee and shoulder. Last year, she began working in the private sector in Singapore, gaining exposure in sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions ranging from acute to chronic conditions.

She is fully registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council of Singapore and a member of the Irish Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

She likes to combine a balance of treatment techniques; including sports massage, myofascial release, joint mobilisations combined with functional exercise clients can perform on their own. She is passionate about optimising a clients ability to perform at their best and is a strong believer in not only treating a clients injury but in educating clients for future injury prevention. Due to her previous training in Pilates, she recognises the importance of incorporating pilates exercises into rehab programmes and also does one to one pilates for injury prevention.
