Clinical Mat Pilates

A great body conditioning class that will partner perfectly with your current training. Feel better, stronger, more mindful and energised with this low impact yet challenging class. This class targets deep abdominal/core muscles, improving your posture and developing a more efficient body. Max 7/class. Beginner/intermediate level. Suitable for those with lower back pain and injuries.

What to bring: Towel and Water



A 45 min fast-paced circuit session, focusing on strength, power and fitness. Get straight to work with a mixture of exercises using body weight and equipment including kettle bells, jump ropes, medicine balls and resistance bands. Max 15/class. Suitable for all levels, modifications to exercises will be offered to those with injuries or beginners.
